Step 3 · Be ready for the interview
Give a net figure and where it comes from: "About 42 net WPM at 96 percent accuracy, from daily one-minute tests over the last month." A specific number with a method is more credible than a round guess.
Because the work is read by customers. A fast reply with a wrong name or amount creates a second ticket. Explain that you practise for accuracy first and then speed.

Step 3 · Be ready for the interview
I let them explain without interrupting, then acknowledge the specific problem, for example: "You've waited five days for an order that should have taken two." Next I confirm the details and say what I will do and by when. I keep my tone even and focus on the fix, not on who caused it.
Use a short situation-action-result answer. For example: a customer wanted a refund outside the policy window, so I explained the rule plainly and raised an exception request with billing that same day. The customer accepted the outcome because they knew exactly what was happening and when.
