Who is responsible

Quantiv Labs, Bengaluru, is the data controller for this site. Contact: support@homebaseworks.in.

What we collect

• Without an account: your test results, stored with a random identifier kept in a cookie in your browser, so the site can show your best scores and streak. Server logs record IP address, browser and pages visited for security and performance.
• With an account: name, email, password (stored hashed) or your Google sign-in, test results, streaks and certificates. Results you took before signing up move to your account.
• Contact form: the details you enter, used to reply.

Why we use it

• To run tests, save progress and issue certificates you request.
• To send account emails, such as verification and password reset, and messages about your practice.
• To keep the site secure and understand which pages are used, through Google Analytics and StatCounter.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings. See the cookie policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the site (hosting, email, analytics and advertising as above) and when required by law.

Where data is processed

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we use contractual safeguards for these transfers.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details on your profile, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data by email. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, India's DPDP Act, or state privacy laws in the US), you may have further rights, including to object and to complain to your data-protection authority.

Children

The site is for users aged 16 and over; job listings are for applicants aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes

We post changes here with a new date and email account holders about material changes.
